Ingredients
¾ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
6 tbsp butter, softened
½ cup + 2 tbsp mashed ripe bananas (about 2) or
¾ cups + 2 tbsp quick-cooking oats
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
¼ cup chopped walnuts
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degree F. Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
In a Mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Add butter and mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
2. Add egg, bananas and oats to the mixture and mix well. Stir in chips and nuts.
4. Drop tablespoonfuls of cookie dough onto greased baking sheets and bake at 375° for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks and store it in air tight container.
