Grapes Carrot Juice

Grapes Carrot Juice

Fruits and vegetables are “juicy foods” that consist mostly of water, but they also provide a variety of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and a good amount of fiber that helps fill you up.
Fruit juice, in particular, is a highly concentrated source of fruit sugar and vegetables are naturally lower in sugar than fruit, which means freshly made vegetable juice is lower in calories than fruit juice and can be a helpful way to “squeeze” more produce into your diet and it is more advisable to combine both in your diet in form of liquid food.  Enjoy this delicious drinks with your kids for this summer.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves 2

2. In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
3. Strain through fine sieve and serve immediately.
