INGREDIENTS:
200 grams boneless chicken, cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp melted butter or oil
For Marination:
¾ cup heavy cream
¼ tsp green cardamom powder
1 tsp white or black pepper powder
2 green chillies - crushed
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp ginger paste
3 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp garam masala powder
¼ tsp amchoor
½ tsp cumin powder
1 ½ tsp salt
Method:
Preparation:
- In a wide bowl, Mix all the marination ingredients together except chicken and butter.
- Add chicken to the mixture. Mix and refrigerate for an hour.
Cooking:
- Heat an oven at 180C / 350F for 15 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill or skewer the chicken pieces.
- Roast for 10 minutes or till cooked, drizzle melted butter or oil in between. Roast for another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot with mint chutney.

(OR) Cook it on stove top until all liquids evaporates and cooked well..
