Hot Chocolate

Preparation time: 5 Minutes
Cooking time: 15 Minutes
Servings: 3
Adapted from Tv show..

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup milk
1 cup half and half
½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
A pinch of salt

Method:
1. Heat milk and half and half in a saucepan  over a medium heat.
2. When the milk is warm add ½ cup semi sweet chocolate.
3. Stir gently until choco chip melts. Bring the mixture to hot but do not boil it, then it will loose it    consistency.
4. Add dash of salt, sugar to the hot chocolate and mix. You can add sugar and extra milk  according to your taste.
5. Pour it in 3 cups ( I garnished with white chocolate ) and serve hot.
