Nimbu Pani / Lemon Juice

Nimbu Pani/ Lemon Juice

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 0 minutes
Serves: 4 ~ 5

Ingredients:
3 fresh limes
½ cup sugar or to taste
Ice cubes as needed
A pinch of salt
4 cups of chill Water or as needed

Method:
1. Squeeze juice from the lemon in a jar. Add 1 cup of water, salt and sugar.
2. Mix the juice until sugar dissolves in water.Adjust sugar to taste.
3. Add remaining chill water. Mix and add ice cubes before serving.
