12 oz / 340 grams extra firm tofu
1 nos / 70 grams medium onion, chopped
1 nos / 50 grams tomato, chopped

1 tbsp sambhar powder (or)
1 ½ tsp red chilli powder & 1 ½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala

¼ tsp mustard seeds (optional)
½ tsp fennel seeds (optional)

I am not a big fan of tofu but do not mind it in a scambled form. Scrambled tofu looks very good.
