The Breakfast Bible's Menemen / Scrambled Egg Masala

The Breakfast Bible's Menemen / Scrambled Egg Masala

Menemen is a classic Turkish breakfast, which is also great for lunch and supper. This juicy scramble is made with diced vegetables and eggs, which  makes a perfect breakfast with slice of bread. I selected this recipe from "The Breakfast Bible" by Seb Emina, or Malcolm Eggs. This book encourage us to stop grabbing that usual quick breakfast of cereal or toast, and to try something different. This book not only provide English breakfast recipes but also deals with many traditional recipes from other part of world.

Below recipe which I have shared is very similar to our scrambled egg recipe. Only difference, It is very juicy because of half cooked scrambled eggs. But I have added additional curry powder/ red chili powder and cooked completely to my family taste. Feel free to alter the recipe to your preference.
This recipe is for Blogging Marathon 38 under the theme " Recipes from The Breakfast Bible". Do check out the Blogging Marathon page for the other Blogging Marathoners doing BM# 38.

One worthwhile task carried to a successful conclusion is worth half-a-hundred half-finished tasks.
